Itinerary

Depart from Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) in HCMC and arrive at Cam Ranh Airport (CXR) in Khanh Hoa. Have lunch and transfer to Nha Trang city.

Have lunch.

After lunch, depart to visit some of the most interesting places in Nha Trang: 

  • Nha Trang Cathedral (from outside), the largest church in the city from the 19th century with its unique Gothic style. 
  •  
  • Long Son Pagoda, which was built in 1886 and known as one of the Vietnam oldest pagoda after hundred years and several repairs. It is home of the biggest Buddha statue of Vietnam, which sits on top of the mountain crest and can be seen from anywhere in town. 
  •  
  • Cham Ponagar Temple Tower, a remarkable example of Cham architecture and culture. Learn more about the history and beliefs of the Cham people, who once ruled over central and southern Vietnam.

Check in at the hotel and relax.

Have breakfast at the hotel.

Move to Vinh Truong Port – Nha Trang:

  • Excursion by speedboat to Robinson and Mun islet. On the way, you will pass by 

Swiftlet Cave – The home of the birds that bring a lot of value to the people of Khanh Hoa.

  • Explore the Swiftlet Caves scattered on Nha Trang Bay and learn about the customs and characteristics of the swiftlet birds.

Arrive at Robinson Beach – welcome you with a long sandy beach. Here you can swim in the sea and relax on the beautiful beach.

Next, you will board the boat to Mun islet. You can experience diving into the sea and watch vivid marine life (personal expense for diving).

Enjoy lunch at the restaurant on the island. Afternoon, arrive at Tam Islet using a mud bath and mineral bath service and infinity pool unique looking out over Nha Trang Bay. The boat takes you back to the mainland, rest at the hotel.

Have dinner. Free time to explore the night market and more activities you like in Nha Trang city. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Have breakfast at the hotel.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure and relax by the pool or on the sandy beach.

Overnight in Nha Trang.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the resort before checking out around noon. 

Transfer to Cam Ranh city. Depart from Cam Ranh Airport (CXR) and arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) in HCMC. End of trip.

Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.

A Brilliant Trip

We have been on a couple of cycling trips before and this one was probably the best. Tri our guide was outstanding and all our fellow cyclists were a great bunch of people. We got a real flavour of life in Vietnam. Lots of interesting food. The meals were good and plentiful. Thought we would lose weight but didn't! Good Hotels. Many highlights but a couple or so to point out, whale Island and Hoi An, the 30km exhilarating downhill ride and cycling in city center traffic...... great fun but leaves your heart racing. It is quite full on which leaves you wanting to spend more time in some of the places visited. The usual pattern is arrive at 5 - 6 pm, leave at 7.15 next morning. However we did find time to swim in the hotel pools. Overnight train was great fun ....all part of the adventure. To cover the length of the country there are some longish times in the bus but the bus was comfortable but great chance to talk with your fellow travelers. This also gives you time to see more of the country and people watch. Staggered us how much could be piled on a scooter! The bikes were ideal for the road conditions as well as being clean and very well maintained. At the frequent refreshment/rest stops there was lots of juice, water, fruit, nuts and biscuits. The driver and bike mechanic were very friendly and very competent. Great organization, things happened when Tri said they would.

The customer service before departure was excellent, the organisation from start to finish was excellent, the accommodation was better than expected, the group leader was excellent, the itinerary was excellent. As a solo female traveller I felt completely comfortable with the rest of the group whether they were traveling alone, with friends or with partners. The mix of activities, geographical locations, sights, sounds, terrain and communities left you feeling like you had experienced and encountered Vietnam, its history, its people and its landscape.
